Practice test

Sit a Free TOEIC Test Online, on the Same Clock as the Real Exam

Most free TOEIC tests online are twenty questions with no clock. This is the real shape of the exam: 100 Listening questions in about 45 minutes, then 100 Reading questions in 75 minutes, all seven parts, one continuous sitting.

Sit as many full-length papers as you like, free. Four mock tests come back fully marked on a free account, two in Listening & Reading and two in Speaking & Writing; after that a paper is stored unmarked, you are told so before the clock starts, and every stored paper is scored at once if you later subscribe.

Choose your sitting

All four are free with an account, and none of them asks for a card. Start with the full test only if you have the two hours; the mini mock covers all seven parts in 30. Grading is instant, and Speaking & Writing papers are marked by an AI examiner against the rubric.

Four Free TOEIC Practice Tests, by How Long You Have

The decision is which test, not whether. All four are free with an account.

Full Test

200 questions · 120 min

Both sections, one sitting, strict clock. The only version that gives a meaningful projected total score.

Listening Only

100 questions · ~45 min

Parts 1–4. Best when you want a read on listening without committing two hours.

Reading Only

100 questions · 75 min

Parts 5–7. This is where most test-takers run out of time, so practicing it under the clock matters most.

Mini Mock

50 questions · 30 min

All seven parts at quarter length. The fastest honest read on where you stand, and the one to spend a free marking on first.

Two Parts Are Quietly Costing You the Most Points

Grading is immediate. You get a projected score on the 990 scale with the Listening and Reading split. You also get the number that actually tells you what to do next: an accuracy figure for each of the seven parts.

A total of 685 tells you very little. Knowing that Part 7 came in at 58% while Part 1 came in at 92% tells you exactly where the next week goes. Two weak parts, ranked, and tomorrow’s practice already weighted toward them. Every item you missed is kept in your attempt history and shows up in your Most missed list; anything you bookmark lands in Bookmarked.

What This TOEIC Practice Test Can't Do

It cannot give you a score anyone official will accept. Only a real ETS sitting does that. What it gives you is the shape of your performance, which is the part you can act on.
Not every item carries a written explanation. You always see which answer was correct, and most items add a written rationale on review; a few are still key-only while we finish writing them.

Is the TOEIC Practice Test Free?

Practice is free and stays free: the whole Study Center, per-question feedback, a study plan, and as many full-length timed papers as you want. What a subscription buys is marking. Every account gets four mock tests marked in full — a mini and a complete paper in Listening & Reading, and a mini and a complete paper in Speaking & Writing. Papers you sit after that are stored unmarked, and all of them are scored at once the day you subscribe. See pricing for the detail.

TOEIC Practice Test, Common Questions

Is it really a full-length test?

Yes, 200 questions across all seven parts under the real timing. You can also take a single section, or the 30-minute mini mock, if two hours isn't realistic today.

Do I need an account?

You can answer the sample questions on this site without one. To take a timed test you need a free account, because the score, the plan and the attempt history have to be stored somewhere. No card, about twenty seconds.

Are these real past TOEIC papers?

No. Retired official papers are published by ETS only. Our questions are written by our team to match the published format, question types and difficulty spread. Anyone offering you "real past papers" for free is either mislabelling or infringing.

Will my practice score match my real score?

Close, but treat it as a range rather than a number. ETS equates every test form against a conversion table it doesn't publish, so a practice estimate can sit 20–30 points either side of a real result. What transfers reliably is the shape, which parts are strong and which are weak.

Can I pause the timer?

Not during a full timed test, the point is to reproduce the pressure, particularly in Reading where running out of time is the most common way people lose points. Study Center practice sets are untimed.

Take the Diagnostic First. Everything Else Follows From It

One timed test tells you more about your TOEIC score than a month of untargeted study.

Free account, no credit card. Both TOEIC exams are covered.
